Terms

The short version of the rules for using spotted.gg.

Last updated: 2026-10-06.

Who runs it

spotted.gg is a free side project run by one person. By using the site, the alerts, the calendar feed or the ChatGPT app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use spotted.gg.

What you get

Subscribe to Counter-Strike 2 teams and we send an email or Discord message about 10 minutes before each of their matches. You can also subscribe to a calendar feed of those matches. It costs nothing. Features can change or go away, and we'll try to give notice when something you rely on is going.

No guarantees

spotted.gg is provided as is. Match times come from third parties and often move close to kickoff, so an alert can arrive late, arrive for a match that moved, or not arrive at all. The site can also be down. Don't rely on spotted.gg for anything where a missed match would cost you money. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses caused by late, missing or wrong alerts or by downtime.

Your account

• Sign up with an email address you control.
• Only add a Discord webhook for a channel you're allowed to post in.
• Keep your Discord webhook URL and calendar feed URL private. Anyone who has them can post to your channel or see which teams you're subscribed to.

Fair use

Please don't:

• scrape or bulk-download the site, the calendar feeds or the ChatGPT app,
• try to break, overload or get around limits on any part of the service,
• use spotted.gg to send messages to people or channels that didn't ask for them,
• resell or republish our match data.

Match data and names

Match schedules come from PandaScore. Source: PandaScore. Team names and logos belong to their owners. spotted.gg isn't affiliated with Valve, the teams or the tournament organizers.

Suspension and shutdown

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. We may also change spotted.gg or shut it down. If it shuts down, we'll try to email you first.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. If you keep using spotted.gg after that, the new version applies.

Privacy and contact

How we handle your data is in the privacy policy. Questions about these terms go to hello@spotted.gg.
