spotted.gg is a free service that pings you 10 minutes before your favorite Counter-Strike 2 team plays a match. One email, one Discord ping, no apps to install, no account to babysit. Set it once and stop checking HLTV.

Why we built it

We've been watching competitive Counter-Strike since 1.6. Between work, sleep schedules, and tournaments running across three continents, we kept missing the matches we actually cared about. The existing options either spam you with everything (full HLTV calendars, esports newsletters) or require you to remember to check the schedule the morning of — which defeats the point.

What we wanted was simple: pick the four or five teams you follow, get pinged a few minutes before they play, and otherwise stay quiet. Nothing on the market did that without bundling news, transfers, betting odds, or a paywall. So we built it ourselves.

How it works

We watch the official schedule for the 15+ Tier 1 CS2 teams currently on the site. Ten minutes before kickoff, we fire one notification per subscribed team — either an email or a webhook to your Discord channel. No news, no roster moves, no other esports. Just a heads-up that the game is about to start, with the stream link.

Free, and staying free for the basics

Match alerts for the headline teams will always be free. We may add a paid tier later for power-user features (custom webhook destinations, lower-tier teams, richer payloads), but the core promise — pick a team, get pinged when they play — stays free forever.
