Common questions

My alerts aren't arriving

For email, check your spam and promotions folders and add no-reply@spotted.gg to your contacts. On your account page, make sure email alerts are on and you're subscribed to at least one team.

For Discord, send a test ping from your account page. If the webhook was deleted in Discord, we switch Discord alerts off, and if that leaves you with no alerts at all we email you about it. Create a new webhook and paste it in again. The Discord webhook guide walks through it.

Some matches only get scheduled a few minutes before they start. Those can't get a 10-minute warning.

How do I change teams or unsubscribe?

Press Subscribe on the home page or on a team's page to add that team, and press it again to drop the team. Every alert email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. To pause a channel and keep your teams, switch it off on your account page.

How does the calendar feed work?

Generate your feed link on your account page and subscribe to it in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. It lists upcoming matches for your teams. Calendar apps refresh subscribed feeds on their own schedule, and Google can take hours, so a late time change may show up there after the alert has gone out. The calendar guide has the details.

How do I delete my account?

Email hello@spotted.gg from the address you signed up with and we'll delete your account, your teams and your alert history. Encrypted backups expire within 30 days.

What can the ChatGPT app do?

It's read-only. It can tell you which teams we cover, when they play next and how alerts work. It can't sign you up, see your account or send alerts. To get alerts, sign up here on the site.
